Debate DOCSIS 3.1 at the SCTE Spring Lecture Meeting

Don’t miss SCTE’s Spring Lecture Meeting on 30 March 2016 at the Royal College of Surgeons in London. The event will feature presentations covering topics such as network and in-home RF cable connectorisation, using cable modems to verify the DOCSIS 3.1 benefits in existing cable plants and access layer and the power pyramid.

The event will also feature a special panel presentation, chaired by Julian Clover, Editor, Broadband TV News, on ‘DOCSIS 3.1, Impact on Home Products and OTT (Over the Top) Impact’. The panel will include representatives from operators, manufacturers, independent experts and Over the Top (OTT) specialists, with questions from the audience. It will focus on the impact of DOCSIS 3.1 on OTT and home products. Its impact on RF management and the current state of RF equipment and readiness for 1.2GHz, and especially 204MHz, will also be discussed.

A cocktail party will also be held in the library at the Royal College of Surgeons after the lecture programme for all attendees.
