4 Vol. 44 No. 3 - September 2022 Issue A highlight of our calendar, and something we were all thrilled to return to was ANGA COM, and they produced another excellent show; you would never have known they were facing considerable uncertainty about how the COVID restrictions in place might affect proceedings. Indeed, until just a couple of weeks before the show took place there had been discussion about mask wearing and social distancing within the exhibition itself. We were delighted to be amongst the other exhibitors on our newly revamped stand and met lots of old friends, made some new ones and drank in the atmosphere. In the conference itself it was great to have our President Anthony Basham moderating a panel on DOCSIS 4.0 – Precision Equipment Enables Extended Spectrum in his capacity as Vice Chair of the SCTE® Training/Standards Committees and Chair of Modernisation Committee. Tony said, “ANGA COM was well overdue, and we saw by the numbers of delegates during the 3 days at the exhibition how pleased people are to be back doing normal things again, it was a pleasure to see. We were delighted with how the panel went and it was great to support Peter and his team at ANGA COM after a very tough few years. Long may ANGA COM continue,” he smiled.
