The Society of Cable Telecommunication Engineers, (SCTE) is required to collect certain personal information from course candidates for the purposes of course administration, identity verification, and an obligation to ensure that assessment conditions for individual students comply with the requirements under which the SCTE is able to issue a certificate for passing an educational threshold.

We can count the total number of times each file is played, how many people watch media content right to the end and how many people exit before. We will take reasonable precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information. Of course, data transmission over the internet is inherently insecure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet.

We will store all the personal information you provide on our secure servers.

You are responsible for keeping your username(s) and password(s) associated with our products and services confidential.

We guarantee that this fee is a fair reflection of our work and cost(s) involved.
