About the Venue

The Belexpocentar at the Holiday Inn in Belgrade, Serbia is the venue for the SCTETM (Society for Broadband Professionals) 2014 Balkan Broadband conference and exhibition on 1 October 2014.

The Holiday Inn is a 4-star landmark hotel next to the BELEXPO Convention Centre in the heart of New Belgrade (10 minutes’ drive from the centre of the Serbian capital and a 15-minute drive from Nikola Tesla airport). The SCTE has negotiated special reduced rates at the hotel for delegates, exhibitors and sponsors.

If you’re driving, Holiday Inn Belgrade offers complimentary parking and easy access to the E70 motorway. It is located next to the BELEXPO Convention Centre and 4.5km from conferences at Belgrade Fair. The venue offers wireless internet to all delegates and guests.

The SCTE’s sixth Balkan Broadband Conference will offer top-level Keynote speakers and exhibition floors where investors, operators, technicians and installers ‘Meet & Greet’ the international exhibitors. The 2012 Balkan Broadband conference and exhibition attracted 400 visitors and 30 exhibitors. SCTE has a strong membership in the Balkans and has already held conferences, exhibitions and lecture meetings in a number of Balkan countries.

SCTE training courses in the Balkans have netted the Society many new members and a reputation as a leading broadband trainer in the region. There are many exciting opportunities in Serbia which hosts many cable operators.
